We read your current landlord or home-and-contents policy and tell you, in writing, where short-stay activity isn't covered. Most policies exclude paying guests entirely. owners rarely know until a claim is denied.

Standard landlord insurance assumes a long lease and a tenant on the books. Short-stay needs different cover for guest damage, loss of income between bookings, and public liability. We help you size the right policy for the property.
