One trade network, volume pricing

We run a vetted network of Adelaide plumbers, electricians, handymen, painters, pest, carpet, oven and window specialists. Because we're sending consistent volume to the same trades across our portfolio, owners get prices the average homeowner can't access from the open market.

Deep cleans on a schedule

Standard turnovers don't catch carpet, oven, grout, exteriors or full window detail. We run scheduled deep cleans (typically quarterly) plus on-demand deep cleans before peak season or after long stays. so the property never quietly drifts below the standard the listing photos sold.

Photo-documented work

Same evidence framework as our cleaning team. before-and-after photos on every maintenance and repair job, filed against the property and pulled into your monthly report. you see exactly what was done and what it cost.

Preventative, not reactive

We build a preventative maintenance schedule per property. air-con servicing, smoke alarm checks, gutter and grout, tap and seal. so issues are caught between guests, not during a five-star booking.
