The challenge
Our approach
Unley Two had been a long-term rental for years before the owner decided to test the short-stay market. The bones were excellent — quiet street, courtyard, original character — but the styling and presentation had been frozen in a long-term mindset. We walked the property with the owner before signing anything, and agreed a renovation scope focused on the three rooms guests photograph: the kitchen, the living room, and the primary bedroom. New benchtops, new lighting, a full restyling of every surface, and a two-day editorial shoot once the work was complete. The property launched at a nightly rate 41% above the previous comparable Unley listings. It held that rate through the first full quarter, finishing with a 4.98 average rating and the strongest forward-booking pace in its suburb cohort.
